When
will I get my products?
For your additional credit protection, all orders containing boxed products,
CDs, manuals, or books are manually reviewed by our E-Commerce Department
prior to fulfillment. We then ship your order according to the availability
of the product, usually within 24 hours. Availability is indicated in the
shopping cart and on your receipt. Please allow for the shipping time you've
selected. Note that estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
To track your order, follow the link on your receipt to the shipping company,
(USPS, FedEx or UPS), or call the shipping company's toll-free number and
tell them your tracking number. They will give you detailed information on
your shipment.
Why
is the status of my order still "pending"?
If the status of your order is still "pending" after 3 working days
and the availability date has passed, contact us.
Can I get shipping discounts on large orders?
Yes. We offer discounts for large orders. You can call or email us for quotes.
Can
I track my current order?
To track your order, follow the link on your receipt to the shipping company,
(USPS, FedEx, UPS), or call the shipping company's toll-free number and tell
them your tracking number. They will give you detailed information on your
shipment.
Returns
I ordered the wrong version or platform. What should I
do?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow you to exchange products for a
different version or platform, but you can return the product within 30 days for
a refund. You can re-order the product in the version or platform that you need.
How
do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service right away.
Orders are processed immediately and sent to our distribution center
electronically, so your order may have already shipped. If this happens, just
refuse delivery when the box is delivered and we will credit the full amount
less shipping when we receive the item back at our warehouse.
No
refunds after 30 days. No refunds on opened packages. No refunds on products
delivered via download.
